Cancellations

It is our aim to ensure that we accommodate our clients as much as possible. It is with this in mind that we kindly ask that you provide us with 24 hours notice for any cancellation so that we may accommodate another client. Failure to do so will incur a 50% cancellation fee, which will be redeemed off any deposit, gift voucher or series.
