The Detox Box uses safe and naturally occurring Far Infrared Rays that safely and effectively detoxify the body of many lifelong accumulated toxins, heavy metals and medications.

It is useful in improving skin tone, helping with weight management, assists in clearing cellulite, energise the body and relaxes the mind. Also incorporates the many benefits of LED light therapy.

Nutritionist

Through the practice of nutrition science, we aim to promote and apply the understanding of the effects nutrients have on health and well-being. Our nutrition service applies the highest standards of practice in nutrition.

At Blissfully Bare we have an experienced Registered Nutritionist, who will work closely with you to achieve your goals based on your own personalised needs.  Our Nutrition service specialty areas include, but are not limited to:

  • Weight Management
  • Insulin Resistance & Metabolic Syndrome
  • Type 2 Diabetes
  • Management of Cardiovascular Disease (i.e. high cholesterol,hypertension)
  • Lap-band Management (pre & post surgery)
  • Type 1 & Type 2 Diabetes
  • PCOS
  • Gastrointestinal Nutrition (IBS, Diverticulitis, coeliacs etc)
  • Men and women's health across all ages Blissfully Bare trusts Registered Nutritionists whose credentials have been validated by the Nutrition Society of Australia.

Initial Consultation

Initial consultations are approximately 1 hour in duration. You will undergo a detailed nutrition screening process where your  medical history, social situation, nutrition status & food intake, exercise level, weight, height, measurements and finally your goals and what you would like to achieve will be assesed.

You will then be provided with recommendations regarding your diet & lifestyle in order to be inspired to achieve your goals.


Follow-up Consultation

Follow up consultations are approximately 30 minutes in duration and are strongly recommended to help ensure your given optimal support to achieve your goals. They are aimed to provide you with guidance and detailed information gained from the analysis of your initial consultation.

Private practitioner nutritionists are not covered by Medicare, however there are some private health insured that will provide a rebate.
